Terms of sale

Version 1.0, effective August 18, 2026.

These terms apply to every order placed with fluffyprints. You can reach us any time at orders@kemono.online.

By ticking the box at checkout you agree to these terms for that order.

The short version

This summary is here so you actually read it. It does not replace the full terms below.

  1. You pay in full up front, through PayPal, before a human looks at your files.
  2. Your artwork is your responsibility. You must own it or have permission to print it.
  3. We print what you send. We check that files can be printed, not that they look good.
  4. Custom stickers cannot be returned once production starts. You can cancel before then.
  5. If something arrives faulty or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery, with photos, and we will reprint or refund.

Your artwork

You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. We only use your files to produce and deliver your order.

When you place an order, you promise that you own the artwork or have the artist's permission to have it printed. If someone claims that artwork you sent us infringes their rights, you agree to cover us for the costs of that claim, including reasonable legal costs. Every file we print arrives as an upload from a customer, and the person who uploads a file is the person who answers for it.

We may decline any order and refund it in full, without giving a reason. We will always refuse illegal material and artwork depicting real, identifiable people without their consent. Adult artwork is accepted; by ordering it you confirm you are at least 18.

What we check

Before printing we check your files by hand for whether they can be printed well at the size you chose: file integrity, dimensions, resolution, and whether the cut line will work. We add the bleed ourselves.

What we do not do is judge your art. Resolution below our recommendation (300 PPI is recommended, 150 PPI is usable), unusual cropping, colour choices, and composition are your call. If your sticker prints the way your file looks at the size you picked, it is correctly made. Not liking the result is not a defect.

If we spot something that looks like a mistake rather than a choice, we will usually email you before printing, but you should not rely on us catching anything.

Payment and cancellation

Payment is taken in full at checkout, through PayPal, before any work begins. We do not see or store your payment details; PayPal handles them.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins. Production begins when we start preparing your files for the press. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, because every item is made to order for you and cannot be resold to anyone else. Refunds go back through PayPal to the payment method you used.

Colour, cutting and size

Some variation is part of how printing works, so here are the numbers.

A sticker within these tolerances is a correctly made sticker.

Sticker lifespan

Any lifetime figure we quote is an estimate, not a warranty. How long a sticker actually lasts varies with climate and sun exposure, and depends heavily on how it was applied, above all on whether the surface was properly cleaned first. We have no way to verify where a sticker lives or how it was applied, so we do not accept liability for a sticker wearing out sooner than expected or coming loose after application. Stickers that arrive faulty are covered under "When something is wrong" as normal.

Turnaround and shipping

Typical turnaround is one to two weeks from payment, and your order page shows exactly where your order is. Turnaround is an estimate, not a deadline. If something is going to take meaningfully longer, we will tell you.

We ship with USPS, within the United States only. Risk in the goods passes to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, and delays in carriage are outside our control. If a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help sort it out.

Check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address you gave was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it, and we may ask you to cover the new postage.

When something is wrong

If your stickers arrive faulty, damaged, or genuinely not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the problem (and of the packaging, if it arrived damaged). If the fault is ours, we will reprint the order or refund it, at our choice, at no cost to you.

This covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover variations within the tolerances above, or outcomes that trace back to the file you sent.

Refunds and goodwill

Occasionally we refund or reprint outside what these terms require, because it is the decent thing to do in that situation. Goodwill is at our discretion, is decided case by case, and does not create an entitlement or a precedent.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under PayPal buyer protection or your card issuer's dispute process. We would simply ask that you talk to us first; almost everything is faster to fix by email.

Please email us before opening a dispute or a chargeback. A chargeback is not a faster refund, it is a slower one: it moves the decision to PayPal or your bank, usually takes around thirty days and sometimes longer, and your money stays held for the whole of it. If we agree a refund is owed, we can normally send it the same day. Chargebacks also cost us a fee however they land, and enough of them can cost a shop this size the ability to take card payments at all. If we have got something wrong, we would far rather fix it than argue about it.

What we promise, and the limit of it

EXCEPT FOR THE REMEDY DESCRIBED IN "WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG", AND EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW GIVES YOU RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law of your state gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in full and nothing in these terms reduces them.
